I will talk about Estonia more than my country because I didn't get into the IT market that much. I think the market in Estonia proved to be very professional and applying the latest agile methodologies and frameworks helped the market to grow in a more professional way, organized and fun at the same time. And one of the reasons that made Estonia a hub for IT startups and companies is because how the IT market is professional and ready to get work done in a good manner that helps the company grows and compete with other companies.
